Fitness & Aerobics

Not only the sea! The activity leaders will be waiting for you on the seashore every day starting from 10.00 to do some gentle morning exercises together: stretch and extend your muscles to get the day off to a good start. Then immediately afterwards, only for the willing ones, simple aerobic exercises done to music! And in the afternoon, starting from 16.10, you mustn't miss out on a session of Water Gym in the swimming pool, where our instructor will have you moving while you are swayed by the water.
